• If weather or wind is deemed unfavorable by the captain at the time of the cruise and cruise is canceled, it may be rescheduled or canceled if guest’s preferences cannot be accommodated. If bad weather occurs during your trip, boat may return to the dock early
• Snacks and beverages are available for purchase prior to departure
• There is a restroom on the boat and at the departure location
• Vendor uses a custom 48′ Trident Pontoon Boat

NO GLASS containers or ROLL ON coolers. NO EXCEPTIONS. Passengers are permitted to bring up to one six pack cooler each and one carry on bag. We offer special 6 pack packages with soft cooler included at our Tiki Bar before departure as well as drink upgrade packages served on board. Food and snacks are permitted. Private charters are customized for each guest please call for exceptions to these policies.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation prior to departure. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather, participation or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. All off season trips are subject to cancellation for participation.
